I love how you continue to innovate and remain unique and relevant to your community. I have enjoyed your live sessions too. Keep doing what you do best!
Beautiful post, Clare. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I have some of the same feelings about the holidays. I think it's so important to be true to ourselves and to make time to nurture our creativity instead of getting caught up in the busyness of this time of year.
I'm excited for you to be continuing on with your journey in 2025 as you take your art in a new direction. Have fun with the process!!
Thanks Anne - I love the festive period but it’s so important to not lose sight of looking after ourselves and for me, not over committing. Art gives me the peace and solace I crave at such a busy time. I look forward to more posts and videos from you too.
You have certainly excelled in your creative output in recent weeks Clare; not just in your visual studies but your writing is also very expressive and I can see how driven you are through your words and intentions. I find whichever medium we choose to work in, and whichever subject matter we choose to express our ideas with is good food for the soul and helps to create the narrative which is unique to ourselves. so good luck with your journey through 2025!
Thank you Angela…creativity is most definitely food for the soul. When I create art I like to do it from the heart. My sketchbook has really helped me do that over the last year, to be more expressive and loser in style. My aim was and still is to inspire others and bring some joy into my life and that of others. I’ve had great fun sharing it with others and testing out new mediums. 🙏🌟
So happy that you are inspired to take your art to new places in 2025. Have loved following your journey so far and seeing all the wonderful art you have created. I know there is a huge well of creativity in you just waiting to be tapped, so go for it!
I find the festive season is a time for reflection for me too, especially as I get older and wiser to the all the commercial excess being peddled from every angle. Here’s to a genuine creative festive season that is true to our real selves 🎄. And yes… I will make cake…
Thank you for your thoughtful comment - I agree with you on all points. I love Christmas but because it gets peddled from all angles I find it quite overwhelming and so this year I want to remember what is important and that’s spending time with family and friends over a cup of tea and maybe a piece of your wonderful Christmas cake. ☺️💓
Your intuitive painting is beautiful! It's wonderful that you received a reading from the medium about the painting! 🩵
Your recent Livestream on YouTube did get me in the mood for the Winter season (at least it's getting chilly at night here!). ❄️
I look forward to seeing more of your creative projects in 2025. 😃 I hope to create a vision board (or journal?) to help me focus on my goals before the end of this year. I've never made one before! 🌟
Hi Cyndi, we had snow the following day after the live stream. Do you recall me saying we rarely get snow, especially in the south west? Well, the following morning I woke up to snow! A vision board sounds like a fab idea..journaling always helps me to focus and to be grateful for the simple things in life. I will be doing one for 2025. I am pleased to read you are trying new things and I hope it brings you joy. 🙏💞
That's so wonderful that you got snow! ❄️ It's so magical and makes enduring the cold weather worthwhile! 💙 I think journaling is the way to go. Taking a walk today, I realize I would like to organize a perpetual nature sketchbook to start in January. ☺️
For me, creativity always starts with a walk - get out into nature. There is always beauty to be seen and found in nature which is an inspiration for a nature journal. 2025 is the perfect time to start journalling. 🌟💓
